ContextualToolbar's Search Service

ContextualToolbar is designed to be used in conjunction with ContextualToolbar's search services. Accordingly, your use of ContextualToolbar is also defined by ContextualToolbar's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Updates, Patches, New Releases

ContextualToolbar may, from time to time, release Updates, Patches, and New Releases of its ContextualToolbar. In such an event, you will be notified through a link of such an event, and given an opportunity to download the update, patch, or new release. You are under no obligation to do so, however, if you choose not to participate in the notified download, ContextualToolbar renews its disclaimer that no warranties concerning continued use of the software are granted. ContextualToolbar may also publish and announcement and download opportunity for such an event on the web page for the ContextualToolbar.

Miscellaneous Provisions

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to the conflict of laws provisions of California or your actual state or country of residence.
